A BioTek Synergy 4 is located in the MCMP instrument room, along with a variety of other plate readers, for analyzing fluorescent or luminescent assays.
An AB Sciex Q-Trap 4500 is available for walk-up use in the department. It is interfaced with a Shimadzu HPLC with an autosampler that can handle vials and well plates.
A ViiA 7 Real-Time PCR system is available in the Liu laboratory.
A LI-COR CLx was recent acquired by the department for the development of in-cell western assays.
A confocal and fluorescent microscope is available in RHPH for student use.
A Biotage Initiator with Robot Sixty for automated microwave assisted organic synthesis.
Beckman Coulter Biomek NX-p configured with a cell culture incubator and a Biotek Cytation for automated phenotypic screens.
